About Mick Cone

Mick Cone, songwriter, musician, and recording engineer owns MCP, a small studio in southern Indiana. The band members vary from project to project. Mick has produced several projects and has written countless songs, which vary from country to rock to new age and movie themes as well as gentle ballads. Mick's 12 string guitar technique, both acoustic and electric, add a unique flair to the songs he works on. Mick's album, "Just Thinkin'" has received terrific reviews. The album "That's Truckin' " has been featured on Marcia Campbells' radio program as well as live interview and listener call in forum. The new CD, That's Truckin' is now available. These songs have been featured on XM 171 Open Road, Marcia Campbell's show as well as on Radio Free Usa. This album is dedicated to all the truckers out there. Without the trucker, this nation stops!

Welcome!

Welcome to Mick's Blog! We created this blog in order to bring you easier access to Mick's music. While it is still in the beginning stages, we think we've got a good start on things. We'll be tweaking things as we go along.

In the mean time, we invite you to listen to Mick's music through IM Radio (search for Mick Cone) or his MySpace page. There you'll find a sampling of songs from his current CD - Just Thinkin', as well as a couple other songs. If you like what you hear, come back here and purchase the CD.
